Qualifications and Skills Requirement:Intern will work under the supervision of the Procurement Excellence Hub(China PEH Team), to provide administrative support for China procurement communication activities, i.e. Procurement monthly Newsletter publish, communication board management.Intern will support procurement managers on regular team events and prepare meeting slides, poster or the event video as required, i.e. Procurement monthly management meetingsIntern will support the department training arrangementIntern will help procurement manager to collect and process data as required.Intern will help procurement manager to provide comms with buyersIntern will also support the work from Procurement other functions as required.Basic work requirement:本科/研究生在读；责任心强，态度端正，做事细致；熟悉掌握平面设计，海报设计和视频拍摄，编辑视频。英文6级或者以上。熟练掌握Word/PPT/Excel 操作；每周出席4-5天，实习期至少4个月，持续六个月以上优先； 、会Sharepoint网页设计加分
