岗位职责｜Responsibilities- 使用 SQL、Tableau、Excel 等工具分析销售及产品相关数据，识别品牌及品类层面的关键变化；- 结合数据结果与业务背景，提炼可支持品牌发展与产品策略的核心洞察。- 持续关注快消市场动态，分析消费者需求变化、品类趋势及竞争格局；- 支持品牌发展相关专题项目，如新品方向探索、联名系列规划等；- 协助完成竞品、品牌分析报告、策略梳理及内部汇报材料。- 与品牌、市场等团队协作，支持品牌项目的分析、资料整理与执行跟进。任职要求｜Requirements- 本科大三/大四或研究生在校学生，市场营销、商业分析、经济学等相关专业优先；- 有快消、品牌、市场、咨询或相关实习经验者优先；- 对品牌建设与消费者洞察有强烈兴趣，具备良好的品牌感与商业敏感度；- 逻辑清晰，善于信息整合，能够将复杂市场信息转化为清晰的品牌判断；- 熟练使用 SQL、Tableau、Excel vlookup等数据分析软件，具备良好的分析表达与汇报能力；- 自驱力强、责任心高、执行力好，做事细致；具备良好的中英文读写能力者优先。*By submitting my application to CASETiFY, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms: The information I provided is intended solely for the evaluation of my skills and suitability for the applied position.
