Job Duties:1. 协助物流部门处理日常进出口海运流程；Assist logistics in handling daily import and export shipping processes;2. 帮助监控货品物流情况；Help in monitoring the flow of cargos;3. 输入和更新Glovia 数据和运输解决方案；Glovia data & shipping solutions input & update;4. 物流备案，包括装运、进口等； Logistics filing, including shipments, import, etc;5. 前往海关窗口申请必要的进出口文件；Go to Customs Office to apply for necessary import and export docs;6. 与货物代理沟通，进行货物清关； Communicate with broker to do the goods clearance;7. 完成主管安排的其他工作。Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.Requirements:1. 物流、外贸或其他相关专业，有物流/外贸相关实习经验者优先；Major in Logistics, Foreign Trade, or other related fields, relevant intern experience in logistics/foreign trade is a plus;2. 英语通过四级，良好的中英文阅读与写作能力；Pass CET-4 and be good at reading and writing in both English and Chinese.3. 掌握基本的计算机技能：Word, Excel, PPT；Master basic computer skills: Word, Excel, PPT.4. 能够学习并使用Glovia系统及其他航运软件；Ability to learn and use Glovia, and shipping software;5. 有良好的团队合作精神
