Key Responsibilities:

1. Characterize CCP plasma reactors performance and develop operation BKM

2. Propose technique solutions to improve plasma reactor design to meet required performance

3. Perform troubleshooting of field issues by inspecting failed parts, and/or conducting lab testing to duplicate the issue

4. Validate solution methods and build failure models, qualify new/CIP parts or materials

5. Closely work with related function teams (ME, EE, SW, GMO, MFG etc.) and lab support team to get necessary support

6. Follow work schedule to ensure results being delivered within committed timeline

Key Requirements:

1. 2025 graduating students major in Physics, Applied Physics, Electrical Engineering, Electromagnetic field and wireless technology, Materials, or related field in Science and Engineering

2. Basic knowledge in plasma physics, plasma etching technology, RF technology

3. Hands-on working experience with vacuum equipment or plasma discharge

4. Basic skills in experimental design, data analysis, report preparation and presentation

5. Good communication skills, written and verbal, in both Chinese and English;

6. Teamwork oriented, and be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced working environment
