职位概述:
作为导体沉积工艺研发工程师,你将加入我们充满活力的导体沉积设备研发团队,专注于下一代先进导体沉积设备工艺的开发、优化与验证工作。你将学习并运用物理、材料、化学等多学科知识,在资深工程师的指导下,参与实验设计、工艺调试、数据分析及问题解决,为提升设备性能、满足客户严苛的工艺需求贡献力量。这是一个将理论知识应用于尖端半导体制造实践、快速成长并实现个人价值的绝佳平台。
主要职责:
1.工艺开发与优化: 在指导下,参与特定材料工艺配方的开发、调试和优化工作。
2.实验执行与数据分析: 操作导体沉积设备,进行工艺实验;熟练运用各种分析仪器进行样品表征;收集、整理和分析实验数据,撰写实验报告。
3.工艺问题解决: 协助调查和解决工艺开发及客户验证过程中遇到的技术问题(如颗粒异常、均匀性差、应力高等),提出改进方案。
4.工艺窗口评估: 参与评估工艺参数的窗口(Window),分析工艺的稳定性、重复性和鲁棒性。
Position description:
As a conductor deposition process Engineer, you will join our CDP R&D team, focusing on the development, optimization, and validation of next-generation advanced conductive deposition equipment processes. You will learn and apply multidisciplinary knowledge in physics, materials science, chemistry, and related fields to contribute to DOE, process tuning, data analysis, and problem-solving under the guidance of senior engineers. Your work will directly enhance equipment performance and meet stringent customer process requirements. This role offers an exceptional platform to apply theoretical expertise to cutting-edge semiconductor manufacturing, accelerate professional growth, and achieve personal value.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process Development & Optimization: under guidance, participate in the development, debugging, and optimization of process recipes for specific conductive materials.
2. DOE & Analysis: operate conductive deposition equipment to conduct process experiments; proficiently utilize analytical instruments for sample characterization; collect, organize, and analyze experimental data; compile comprehensive experiment reports.
3. Process Issue Resolution: Assist in investigating and resolving technical issues (e.g., particle contamination, poor uniformity, high film stress) encountered during process development and customer validation, proposing actionable improvement solutions.
4. Process Window Evaluation: Participate in assessing process windows for key parameters, analyzing process stability, repeatability, and robustness.
岗位要求:
1.博士学历,材料科学与工程、物理(等离子体物理、凝聚态物理优先)、化学(物理化学、材料化学优先)、化学工程、微电子科学与工程、电子科学与技术等相关理工科专业。
2.良好的实验设计和动手操作能力。优秀的数据分析能力和逻辑思维能力,能熟练运用数据分析工具(如 Excel, Origin, JMP, Python, Matlab 等)。
3.优秀的英文读写能力,能阅读专业文献和技术文档。
4.了解半导体制造工艺流程,特别是薄膜沉积工艺。
5.有使用真空设备、气相沉积设备或相关表征设备的经验。
6.对半导体设备行业充满热情,强烈的学习意愿和能力,能够快速掌握新知识和新技能。
7.认真细致,有责任心,具备良好的实验安全意识。
8.积极主动,具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神,具备较强的抗压能力和解决问题的韧性。
1. Ph.D. degree in relevant STEM fields: Materials Science & Engineering, Physics (Plasma Physics or Condensed Matter Physics preferred), Chemistry (Physical Chemistry or Materials Chemistry preferred), Chemical Engineering, Microelectronics Science & Engineering, Electronic Science & Technology, or related disciplines.
2. Strong experimental design and hands-on operation skills. Excellent data analysis and logical thinking abilities, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Origin, JMP, Python, MATLAB).
3. Fluent English reading/writing skills for technical literature and documentation. Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, especially thin-film deposition techniques.
4. Experience with vacuum systems, vapor deposition equipment (e.g., CVD, PVD), or related characterization instruments.
5. Passion for the semiconductor equipment industry, strong learning agility, and ability to rapidly master new knowledge/skills.
6. Detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to laboratory safety practices.
7. Proactive with strong communication and teamwork skills.
8. Resilience under pressure and tenacity in problem-solving.
