岗位职责：

1. 协助资深工程师完成日常工作,设计3D模型

2. 申请料号、绘制图纸、整理物料清单（BOM）及撰写测试报告。

3. 设计测试工装，收集测试数据并分析结果。

4. 研发零部件采购订单并跟进交付进度。

5. 实验室设备搭建及功能测试。

6. 排查问题，进行根本原因分析并解决工程难题。

Responsibilities:

1. Support senior members in their daily work.

2. Create model numbers, drawings, BOMs, and testing reports.

3. Design testing fixtures, collect testing data, and analyze results.

4. Issue purchase orders for parts and follow up on delivery status.

5. Build lab tools and test functions as needed.

6. Troubleshoot problems, perform Root Cause Analysis, and resolve engineering issues.

岗位要求：

1. 机械相关专业硕士学历。

2. 了解工程材料、制造工艺、几何尺寸与公差（GD&T）原理等技术领域的基础概念。

3. 熟练操作 SolidWorks、AutoCAD 等工程设计软件。

4. 掌握有限元分析（FEA）软件在设计强度分析中的应用。

5. 具备出色的沟通能力与团队协作意识。

6. 愿意接受出差和加班，具备抗压能力

7. 良好的英文读写能力

1. Master degree in Mechanical Engineering.

2. Familiarity with fundamental concepts in engineering materials, manufacturing processes, GD&T principles, and other techniques

3. Proficient with engineering design software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD.

4. Skilled in using FEA software for design strength analysis

5. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

6. Able to travel and work over time, able to work under pressure

7. Good English reading, writing skill.
