岗位职责 ：管理公司CAD 软件及其他研发工具和相关数据

1. CAD等研发相关软件的部署/支持                                          

 根据标准指导说明，结合各部门研发人员情况，及时准确部署所需研发工具

 结合公司安全合规框架要求，定期评估测试软件兼容性，及时更新功能组件。

2. CAD数据的管理/标准化支持

 维护更新PDM3D零件库和电子设计器件库，对数据进行审计，及时纠正缺失/错误，保障数据完整性/安全性。

3. CAD软件的功能培训与技术支持

  调查各业务部门需求，协调相关合作伙伴探讨合理的解决方案，开展功能技术培训，提升研发工具使用效率。。

4. 软件许可的维护更新/统计

  及时更新软件支持服务，支持研发业务连续性。

1. Deployment and Support of CAD and R&D-Related Software

  Deploy the required R&D tools in a timely and accurate manner, based on standard guidelines and the situation of R&D personnel in various departments.

  Regularly assess and test software compatibility in line with the company's security and compliance framework requirements, and update functional components in a timely manner.

2. Management and Standardization Support of CAD Data

  Maintain and update the PDM3D parts library and electronic designer components library, audit the data, and promptly correct any missing or erroneous data to ensure data integrity and security.

3. Functional Training and Technical Support of CAD Software

  Investigate the needs of various business departments, coordinate with relevant partners to explore reasonable solutions, conduct functional technical training, and improve the efficiency of R&D tool usage.

4. Maintenance, Update, and Statistics of Software Licenses

  Update software support services in a timely manner to support the continuity of R&D operations.

1.学历要求：本科及以上学历，机械设计、机械制造、电气自动化等工程相关专业。

专业技能：熟悉工程制图，机械/电子/电气原理、产品加工工艺。

2. 技术技能

熟练使用行业内主流三维CAD设计软件及相关设计流程；或了解PCB或电子电气设计工具/流程

了解关系型数据库基本原理和SQL语法。

有基本的数据管理/IT应用技能和知识

有一定的编程能力，了解软件开发基础知识。

3. 行业经验

项目经验：了解工程制图/3D建模/电子电气设计；有CAD/PDM/PLM数据管理/实施项目经验更佳。

行业知识：熟悉制造业、半导体设备等行业的研发设计业务流程。

4. 软技能

沟通能力：具备良好的沟通能力、组织协调能力、人际交往能力和处事应变能力。

文档编写能力：能够编写高质量的项目文档和技术文档。

问题解决能力：具备较强的问题分析和解决能力。

学习能力：具备快速学习新技术和适应新环境的能力。

5. 其他要求

语言能力：良好的英文能力

团队合作：具备良好的团队合作意识，能够与不同背景的团队成员协作。

1. Education Background and Professional Skills

  Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related fields.

Professional Skills: Familiar with engineering drawing, mechanical/electrical/electronic principles, and product manufacturing processes.

2. Technical Skills

Proficient in using mainstream 3D CAD design software and related design processes in the industry; or familiar with PCB or electronic/electrical design tools and processes.

Understand the basic principles of relational databases and SQL syntax.

Possess basic data management and IT application skills and knowledge.

Have some programming skills and knowledge of software development basics.

3. Industry Experience

Project Experience: Familiar with engineering drawing/3D modeling/electronic electrical design; experience in CAD/PDM/PLM data management/implementation projects is a plus.

Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of R&D design business processes in the manufacturing, semiconductor equipment, and other industries.

4. Soft Skills

Communication Skills: Possess strong communication, organizational coordination, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Documentation Skills: Ability to write high-quality project and technical documents.

Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to analyze and solve problems.

Learning Ability: Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to new environments.

5. Other Requirements

Language Skills: Strong English proficiency.

Teamwork: Strong team cooperation awareness and ability to collaborate with team members from different backgrounds.
