职位概述：

作为生命科技公司的后端开发工程师，你将负责公司产品的服务器后端系统的设计、开发工作。这是公司一个全新的技术方向，你将全程参与从0到1搭建核心服务架构，直面高并发、高可用等工程挑战，承担需求分析、系统设计、编码实现、测试部署及线上运维的全流程责任。你的每一行代码都将直接决定业务的质量与效率。团队也关注AI等前沿技术，未来可能结合实际场景做适度探索，但不作为当前核心职责，具体方向视项目进展而定。

主要职责：

1. 负责服务端系统的架构设计、核心代码开发及全流程交付，保障系统的高性能、高可用和可扩展性。

2. 针对业务需求进行技术选型与方案设计，制定合理的技术路线，并推动方案落地。

3. 主导并攻克高并发、系统解耦、数据一致性等技术难点，持续优化系统性能与稳定性。

4. 负责线上服务的部署、监控、故障排查与应急响应，保证服务的持续稳定运行。

1. Responsible for architecture design, core code development, and end-to-end delivery of server-side systems, ensuring high performance, high availability, and scalability.

2. Conduct technology selection and solution design based on business requirements, formulate appropriate technical roadmaps, and drive implementation of solutions.

3. Lead and resolve technical challenges such as high concurrency, system decoupling, and data consistency, while continuously optimizing system performance and stability.

4. Oversee deployment, monitoring, fault troubleshooting, and emergency response for online services, ensuring continuous and stable operation.

1. 硕士及以上学历，应届毕业生（毕业时间：2026年）。计算机科学与技术、软件工程、物联网等相关理工科专业优先。

2. 精通至少一门编程语言（Java/Go等），有扎实的编程功底和良好的代码风格。

3. 深入理解数据结构、算法、操作系统、计算机网络等计算机基础知识。

4. 熟悉后端常用技术栈，包括但不限于MySQL、Redis、消息队列（如Kafka/RabbitMQ）、Nginx等，具备实际使用或项目实践经历。

5.有中等复杂度以上后端系统的开发经验，熟悉Linux环境，了解微服务架构（如Spring Cloud）及物联网协议MQTT者优先。

6.具备独立解决问题的能力，能够在较少外部指导下推进技术调研、方案设计与工程实现。

7. 自我驱动力强，主动学习新知识，能快速适应不确定性和变化，有良好的抗压韧性。

8. 积极乐观，责任心强，细致严谨，具备良好的沟通表达和团队协作精神

1. Master's degree or above, fresh graduate (expected graduation in 2026). Majors in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Internet of Things, or related science/engineering fields are preferred.

2. Proficient in at least one programming language (Java/Go, etc.), with solid coding skills and good coding style.

3. Deep understanding of fundamental computer science knowledge, including data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and computer networks.

4. Familiar with common back-end technology stacks, including but not limited to MySQL, Redis, message queues (e.g., Kafka/RabbitMQ), Nginx, etc., with practical usage or project experience.

5. Experience in developing back-end systems of moderate or higher complexity; familiarity with Linux environment; knowledge of microservices architecture (e.g., Spring Cloud) and IoT protocol MQTT is a plus.

6. Ability to solve problems independently, capable of driving technology research, solution design, and engineering implementation with limited external guidance.

7. Strong self-motivation, proactive in learning new knowledge, able to quickly adapt to uncertainty and change, with good resilience under pressure.

8. Positive and optimistic, strong sense of responsibility, meticulous and rigorous, with good communication and teamwork skills.
