岗位职责：

项目管理：

1. 项目管理相关的信息/数据收集、分析与总结

2. 与团队协作制定规范、数据记录、工作流程、标准操作程序、操作手册等。定期审查并更新这些文件。

3. 管理设计和工程变更订单。管理MFG内部订单的交付。

4. 与研发团队及region团队合作，共同制定SSC方案。

5.

  供应商合作——协调工程部门与供应链部门的工作，以确保零部件符合规格、按时交付并控制成本。通过与工程师团队及GMO团队合作，努力降低成本以提高毛利润。定期报告材料资源情况。

Project management :

1. Project management related information/data collection, analysis and summary

2. Coordinate with team to setup spec, data log, work flow, SOP, manual etc. Regularly review and update the document

3. Manage design and engineering change order. Manage the delivery from MFG for internal orders.

4. Work with R&D and regional teams to define SSC (Systems Specs Configuration)

5. Supplier Engagement – liaison between engineering and supply chain to drive components to meet specs, timeline and cost. Lead cost reduction to improve Gross Margin by working together with engineer teams and GMO. Regular report for material resource.

岗位要求：

1. 硕士学历，具有物流管理、供应链管理、项目管理等工科背景。

2. 逻辑思维能力强，解决问题能力强，能够自我激励且有很强的主人翁意识。

3. 良好的沟通能力。

4. 能够同时处理多项任务并与跨职能的团队配合开展工作。

5. 流利的英语

1. Bachelor or above, engineering background with logistics management, Supply chain management, project management, etc.

2. Strong logical thinking, good problem solving skills, self-motivated, and strong ownership

3. Good communication skill.

4. Ability to handle multi-task, and work across function groups.

5. Fluent English
