职位概述：

作为电气研发工程师，你将加入我们充满活力，激情四射的系统电气电子团队，专注于（泛）半导体设备电力电子相关需求的开发、优化与验证工作。

你将主要从事以电力器件为主如工业电源、SCR等的研制，及相应的DSP和FPGA控制程序及通讯程序编写，电力电子器件的选择及相关驱动电路。

你将学习并参与实验设计、设备调试、数据分析及问题解决，为提升设备性能、满足客户严苛的需求贡献力量。这是一个将理论知识应用于尖端装备研制实践、快速成长并实现个人价值的绝佳平台。

主要职责：

1.电力电子器件（如可编程电源、可控硅等）的主拓扑结构设计和电力电子模块控制(通信)系统的DSP和FPGA选型设计，对电力电子中常用的控制算法（PWM、PID、FIR等）的程序设计具备一定的基础知识

2.熟悉电力电子中常用通讯协议（如：CAN、EtherCAT、Modbus等）

3.可以依据框图、原理图、元器件布置图、接线图等电气图纸，编制BOM、用户手册等设计文档

4.熟悉电气系统的仿真设计软件的应用，如Matlab、Multisim、PSpice等

5.熟练掌握电气设计工具，如Altium Designer、Cadence、EPlan、Solidworks Elecoworks等

6.良好的沟通、协调能力，与不同职能部门进行合作

1.The main topology design of power devices (such as programmable power supplies, SCR etc.) and the selection and design of DSP and FPGA for power electronic module control (communication) systems, a certain basic knowledge of programming commonly used control algorithms (PWM, PID, FIR, etc.) in power electronics
