职位月薪: 面议
岗位职责:
1. The candidate will conduct FEA simulation projects, for static strength/stiffness, thermal stress, fatigue life, and crack growth analysis in all AMEC product (APIC, Etch, MOCVD, FPE, CDP and EPI). Dynamics simulation (modal, random vibration, transient structural analysis and etc.) experience is preferred
1.该候选人将负责开展有限元仿真项目,涵盖静态强度/刚度、热应力、疲劳寿命以及裂纹扩展分析,涉及中微全部产品。有动力学仿真(模态、随机振动、瞬态结构分析等)经验更佳。
2. The candidate should analyze the simulation results, and document with the useful findings that will guide the optimization of product design and problem solving
2.该候选人应当对仿真结果进行分析,并将有助于指导产品设计和问题解决的优化方案形成报告
3. The candidate should proactively study and research the physical charateristic and mechanical behavior of different materials, such as metal, quartz, ceramic, refractory metal and etc
3.该候选人应当主动学习并研究不同材料(如金属、石英、陶瓷、难熔金属等)的物理特性和力学性能
4. The candidate must work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team and closely collaborate with CFD Engineer to build a reliable thermo-mechanical coupled model and complete the thermo-mechanical analysis for AMEC's products
4.该候选人需能够在多学科团队中高效工作,并与CFD工程师密切合作,建立可靠的热力耦合模型,并完成中微产品的热力耦合分析工作
5. The candidate must collaborate with internal customers to understand their issues, analysis their requirements, explain the simulation findings and propose the optimization direction
5. 候选人需与内部客户密切合作,以了解他们的问题,分析他们的需求,解释仿真结果,并提出优化方向
岗位要求:
1. Master or above in Mechanics, Mechanical / Energy& Power or related field
1. 硕士及以上,力学、机械、能源与动力及相关专业
2. Solid knowledge in elastic-plastic mechanics and fatigue damage theory. Familiar with linear elastic fracture mechanics and fatigue crack growth theory.
2. 具备扎实的弹塑性力学和疲劳损伤理论知识。熟悉线性弹性断裂力学和疲劳裂纹扩展理论
3. Ability to perform FEA simulation using commercial software, such as ANSYS/Mechanical. Experience of dynamics simulation and dealing with nonlinear problem are preferred.
3.熟练使用如ANSYS Mechanical等商业软件进行有限元仿真。具备动力学仿真和处理非线性问题经验者优先
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential. Ability of project management is preferred.
4. 出色的口头和书面沟通能力是必不可少的。具备项目管理能力者优先
