作为研发技术支持工程师，你将加入 ICP 刻蚀设备大数据平台团队。你将负责该平台在客户端的现场部署、日常操作与数据特征提取。在资深工程师的指导下，你将结合刻蚀工艺硬件逻辑与数据分析方法，确保平台在现场的高效运转，并利用自动化脚本提升团队的整体工作效率。

主要职责：

1.平台操作与现场交付： 负责 ICP 大数据分析平台在客户现场的初始化配置、日常操作与基础维护，确保系统在生产线稳定运行。

2.定制化数据分析： 在现场基于平台或直接提取原始机台与晶圆数据（Log/CSV），进行定制化的数据分析。

3.效率工具开发（加分项）： 针对总部及现场工程师的日常重复性工作，编写本地自动化脚本或小工具（如数据自动报告生成、Log 批量提取），提升团队人效。

4.实验室功能验证： 在总部执行平台新功能的测试与验证，收集并整理基准测试数据，撰写测试报告，加速数据平台研发。

5.文档与知识沉淀： 将现场操作流程、常见故障排查步骤及小工具使用方法，整理成规范的标准作业程序（SOP）和技术文档。

1. Platform Operation & Field Setup: Set up, run, and maintain the ICP big data platform at customer sites to make sure it runs stably on customer fab.

2. Custom Data Analysis: Use ICP bigdata analysis system find process/HW problems onsite. This will be based on platform UI or raw data (Log/CSV) from the onsite tools.

3. Efficiency Tool Development (Plus): Write simple local scripts or tools (such as auto-report tools or batch log tools) to help HQ and field engineers save time on repetitive daily work.

4. Testing: Test new features of the platform in the HQ . Collect test data and write simple reports to help improve the platform development.

5. Documentation: Write clear guidebooks (SOPs) and technical notes about troubleshooting methods, and how to use the platform/scripts/tools.

岗位要求：

1.物理学、电气工程、机械工程、材料科学或相关领域的硕士学位

2.逻辑思维能力强，动手能力强，具备良好的表达能力；

3. 具有紧迫感和责任感的自我激励者；

4. 良好的中英文书面和口头沟通能力；

5. 熟练使用MS Office办公软件，包括PowerPoint和Excel；

6. 能够接受国内外出差。

1. MS in Physics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Materials or related fields;

2. Strong logical thinking, hands-on, presentation skills;

3. Self-motivator with sense of urgency and accountability;

4. Good communication skills, written and verbal, in both Chinese and English;

5. Proficient in MS Office products including PowerPoint and Excel;

6. Be able to travel domestically and international.
