岗位职责

1. 负责客户订单BOM 管理，包括产品BOM维护，确认配置，创建BOM，完成客制化清单和包装清单;

Be responsible for customer projects order BOM update, including product configuration BOM maintenance, configuration review, BOM creation, complete CES List and packing list.

2. 负责项目配置管理，进行机台配置符合性审核，特殊物料出货会审以及贯彻执行相关作业流程;

Be responsible for customer projects configuration management, conduct system configuration compliance audit, special material shipment review and effectively follow up related work process.

3. 负责项目风险管理，进行风险识别，反应计划，风险监控以及处理紧急风险事项;

Be responsible for customer projects project risk management, complete risk identification, reaction plan, risk monitoring and conduct emergency risk cases.

4. 负责项目进度管理，实施关键路径管理，处理异常事件并及时进行事态升级、执行持续优化活动;

Be responsible for customer projects schedule management, conduct critical path management, deal with abnormal events, timely escalation of deviations, and implement continuous optimization activities.

5. 负责项目变更管理，负责变更流程的执行，实施变更风险管控，确保项目变更记录的完成整;

Be responsible for customer projects change management, responsible for the implementation of the change process, the implementation of change risk control, and the completion of the project change record.

6. 负责项目制造工程管理，包括维护制造能力和项目产品工艺清单，按工艺规范进行过程确认，工艺和技术问题的分析处理，工艺路线的创建;

7. 执行和实施团队发展计划、人员技能矩阵及培训计划;

8. 根据上级确定的工作目标和要求，落实项目管理工作计划及改善措施，并有效贯彻跟踪；

9. 遵守法律法规，遵守并执行公司各项规章制度和相关岗位规范；

岗位要求

1.研究生学历，应届毕业生。机械工程、电气工程、微电子科学与工程、电子科学与技术等相关理工科专业。

2.优秀的Solid Work/CAD 等制图能力，熟练应用计算机, office, SAP等。

3.优秀的英文读写能力，能阅读专业文献和技术文档。

4.对半导体设备行业充满热情，强烈的学习意愿和能力，能够快速掌握新知识和新技能。

5.认真细致，有责任心，具备良好的制造安全意识。

6.积极主动，具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神。具备较强的抗压能力和解决问题的韧性。 1.Master Degree in Engineering background, mechanical, electrical, electronic information is preferred;

2. Strong ability on 3D drawing experience in solid work/CAD. etc, be proficient in computer operation, office . etc

3. Good communication skills, written and verbal, in both Chinese and English;
