Key Responsibilities 岗位职责

1. Responsible for the schematic design and technical implementation of high-precision mechanical systems for semiconductor equipment, including structural design, 3D modeling, 2D engineering drawing generation, and delivery of complete BOM and relevant technical documentation.

1. 有能力参与半导体设备高精度机械系统的方案设计与技术实现，包括结构设计、三维建模、二维工程图绘制，输出完整物料清单（BOM）及相关技术文档。

2. Conduct technical communication with suppliers, responsible for the development and evaluation of non-standard parts, formulate machining process standards and acceptance specifications, and conduct selection and performance evaluation of key components (motors, guide rails, sensors, etc.) to meet the application requirements of harsh working conditions.

2. 有能力参与供应商进行技术对接，负责非标零部件的开发与评估，制定加工工艺标准、验收规范，并对关键元件（电机、导轨、传感器等）进行选型与性能评估，满足严苛工况应用需求。

3. Cooperate with service and application teams to quickly respond to on-site mechanical-related problems of customers, provide systematic analysis and rectification plans, and promote the long-term stable operation of equipment.

3. 配合服务与应用团队，快速响应客户现场机械相关问题，提供系统性分析及整改方案，保障设备长期稳定运行。

学历要求：应届硕士

专业要求：

机械设计、机械工程、机械电子工程、智能制造工程、精密仪器、过程装备与控制工程等机械类相关专业

核心任职要求

具备扎实的机械设计与工程实践能力，优秀的方案设计与逻辑思维能力，能熟练运用机械设计相关软件。

具备优秀的英文读写能力，能够独立阅读专业文献和技术文档。

了解半导体制造工艺流程，特别是湿法工艺。

对半导体设备行业充满热情，学习意愿与学习能力突出，能够快速掌握新知识、新技能。

工作认真细致、责任心强，具备良好的工程安全与质量意识。

积极主动，沟通能力与团队协作能力优秀，具备较强的抗压能力和解决问题的韧性。

Education: Master’s Degree, 2026 Fresh Graduate

Major:

Mechanical Design, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Intelligent Manufacturing Engineering, Precision Instruments, Process Equipment and Control Engineering, or related Mechanical majors.

Core Requirements

Solid mechanical design and engineering practice ability; excellent scheme design and logical thinking ability; proficient in mechanical design related software.

Excellent English literacy (reading and writing), capable of reading professional literatures and technical documents independently.

Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing process, especially wet process.

Passionate about semiconductor equipment industry, strong willingness and ability to learn, able to quickly master new knowledge and skills.

Meticulous, responsible, with good awareness of engineering safety and quality.

Proactive, good communication and teamwork skills; strong ability to work under pressure and resilience in
