职位概述：

1.负责设备及产品的现场安装、调试、测试及技术支持工作。

2.为客户提供售后故障排除、维修服务，并及时解决各类问题。

3.执行客户操作培训、日常巡检及预防性维护。

4.记录服务数据，编写工作报告，并反馈产品问题。

5.与销售团队和技术团队协作，确保客户满意度。

3.Conduct customer operation training, routine inspection and preventive maintenance.

岗位要求：

1.本科及以上学历

2.机械、电气、自动化、机电一体化、电子或相关专业。

3.具备机械、电路或电气系统的基础知识，动手能力强。

4.能够适应频繁出差及现场工作环境。

5.具有良好的沟通能力，责任心强，具备服务意识。

1.Fresh graduates with Bachelor degree or above.

2.Majored in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics, Electronics or related fields.

3.Basic knowledge of machinery, circuits or electrical systems; strong hands‑on ability.

4.Willing to travel frequently and adapt to on-site working environment.

5.Good communication skills, responsible and service-oriented.
