职位概述：

作为刻蚀研发支持工程师，你将加入我们充满活力的刻蚀设备研发团队，专注于当代先进逻辑和DRAM刻蚀设备的国产化，持续改进测试验证工作，以及现场问题解决。你将学习并运用等离子体物理、材料科学、化学等多学科知识，在资深工程师的指导下，参与实验设计、实验验证、数据分析及问题解决，经验分享，为提升设备性能、满足客户严苛的需求贡献力量。这是一个将理论知识应用于尖端半导体制造实践、快速成长并实现个人价值的绝佳平台。

主要职责：

1.进行问题识别、根本原因分析以及产品/生产问题的解决

2.在跨职能团队（工艺、设计、控制、软件、制造、备件等）中开展并执行实验室CIP（持续改进产品）、FA（失效分析）及本地化零部件的认证测试，以提升产品的功能性和可靠性；

3.完成与生产力相关的各类实验，收集并分析数据，生成供内部和外部使用的报告；

4.作为总部/现场接口，负责沟通客户现场问题/状态及总部反馈；

5.BKM（最佳方法论）的程序和软件规范的准备与验证；

6.提供新机台启动支持、硬件改造以及客户现场问题排查服务。

1. Perform issue identification, root cause diagnose analysis, and resolution of product / production issues;

2. Drive and perform lab CIP (Continued Improvement Product) testing & FA (Factory Automation) &localization parts qualification within cross-functional team (Process, ME, EE, Software, Manufacturing, Spares, etc.) to improve product functionality and reliability;

3. Complete productivity issue related experiments, collect and analyze data, generate reports for both internal and external distribution;

4. Act as HQ/region interface for communicating customer site issues/status and HQ feedback;

5. Preparation & validation of BKM (Best Known Methodology)’s, procedures, and software spec;

6. Provide new tool startup support, hardware retrofits, issues trouble-shooting at customer site.

岗位要求：

1.物理学、电气工程、机械工程、材料科学或相关领域的硕士学位

2.逻辑思维能力强，动手能力强，具备良好的表达能力；

3. 具有紧迫感和责任感的自我激励者；

4. 良好的中英文书面和口头沟通能力；

5. 熟练使用MS Office办公软件，包括PowerPoint和Excel；

6. 能够接受国内外出差。

1. MS in Physics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Materials or related fields;

2. Strong logical thinking, hands-on, presentation skills;

3. Self-motivator with sense of urgency and accountability;

4. Good communication skills, written and verbal, in both Chinese and English;

5. Proficient in MS Office products including PowerPoint and Excel;

6. Be able to travel domestically and international.
