岗位职责

1. 与销售、GPM、PE密切协作，确保需求准确

2. 与生产团队紧密沟通，利用各种计划方式和工具，进行合理排产，解决工单的交付与供应问题，确保订单（含MRO需求）按期交付客户

3. 参与S&OP会议，拉通供需平衡，评估交付风险，并承诺交期

4. 管控集团成品库存水平，通过制定生产策略确保达成低库存目标

5. 收集分析生产数据提出增效建议；执行月度订单清理，向关联部门提供数据并分析订单差异推动改进

1. Closely interact with Sales、GPM\ PE and relative function teams to ensure demand accuracy.

2. Closely communicate with production teams for open work orders’ delivery and supply issues to ensure the order suppliers meet customer due date including MRO demand

3. Hold S&OP meeting and balance demand and supply, evalate delivery risk, and provide commtment

4. Manage finish goods inventory levels as agreed including selecting proper production strategies to ensure keeping lower production line storage

5. Collect and analyze production data to provide production efficiency improvement recommendations. Monthly close and clean up orders in time, provide required information to relative groups and analyze order variance to improve

岗位要求

1. 供应链或生产管理专业本科或硕士、工业工程等专业（需文学士/理学士或同等学历）

2. 中英文流利（口语及书面表达能力俱佳）

3. 熟练掌握办公软件（精通Microsoft Office全系列应用）

4. 具备优秀数据分析能力（掌握VBA，熟悉Python者、熟悉各种算法模型者优先），数学、统计学、运筹学课程成绩优秀

5. 逻辑思维缜密、注重细节且高度责任感

1. BA, BS or equivalent in business, supply chain, production management.

2. Fluent English and Chinese communication skills, both at oral and written

3. Strong Computer skills including the complete Microsoft Office package

4. Strong data analysis skills, VBA, python is prefered

5. Strong logical thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and a high sense of responsibilit
