职位概述：

作为刻蚀产品管理工程师，你将组织公司各部门完成客户需求收集和订单交付、新产品/新功能开发、已有产品持续改进和设计变更、研发物料处理；你将参与政府项目申报、公司管理体系改进、接受客户对产品质量和管理体系的审核。该岗位的工作需协调多部门来完成，一方面很锻炼人且发展空间大，另一方面也需要具备较强的综合能力。

主要职责：

1.新产品/新功能开发，已有产品持续改进。

2.设计变更管理，如审批变更申请单，参与设计变更会议，编写变更客户通知单。

3.客户需求响应，如客户需求确认、推动客户订单交付、客户订单变更管理。

4.机台选型定义，如机台配置确定。

5.产品毛利率核算，如开发毛利率核算模板，毛利率确认。

6.成本控制，如设计降本、国产化替换降本、研发物料合理使用。

1.Development of new products/features and continuously improve existing products.

2.Attend ECO meetings and decide on release status (DCO/C-ECO/ECO) .

3.Respond to RFQs and customer specs by collecting the feedback from technical team.

4.Work with regional teams to define SSC (Systems Specs Configuration) for evaluation tools, sales tools.

5.Develops and updates GMA template, review GMA.

6.Lead cost reduction to improve Gross Margin by working together with engineer teams and GMO.

岗位要求：

1.硕士及以上学历，机械、电气、自动化、物理、化学等理工科相关专业背景。

2.优先考虑有半导体设备公司或行业实习经验的新毕业生。

3.强烈的学习意愿和能力，能够快速掌握新知识和新技能。

4.认真细致，积极主动，具备良好的沟通能力。

5.具备高度自驱力、主人翁精神与责任感，优秀的团队协作意识与知识共享意愿，兼具进取心与抗压能力。

6.具备逻辑规划能力、计划制定和时间管理能力。

1.MS or above, with major in mechanical, electrical, automation, physics, chemistry, or other related fields of science area.

2. Fresh graduate and experience in SEMI equipment company or industry is preferred

3.Strong willingness and ability to learn, able to quickly master new knowledge and skills.

4.Serious and meticulous, proactive, with good communication skills.

5.Highly self-motivated, ownership and accountability, team-work skills and willing to sharing, aggressive and resilient.

6.Capable of logical planning, planning, and time management.
