职位概述：

1. 分析并解决实验室机台的稳定性问题，并且提供以及验证解决思路与方案。

2. 开发先进反应腔清洁工艺，提高反应腔的工艺稳定性，并且通过刻蚀速率以及颗粒的长期稳定表现。

3. 运用先进分析手段，如TEM/SEM/Spectra等，对零部件的材质，与质量的评估与提升，以及生命周期的延长

4. 与相应部门紧密合作，为问题的解决提供思路，测试方案，完成实验室阶段测试。

5. 按照中微公司的问题报告模板撰写报告，并且提供给相应关联方。

6. 基于实验室的测试结果，能够将机理以及方法清晰的撰写成BKM

7. 能够按时提供测试方案，结果与报告。

1. Perform troubleshooting of issues in lab, propose and validate solutions;

2. Develop the WLC process, improve chamber process stability, including etch rate, particle performance.

3. Parts material, quality evaluation, and lifetime improvement, with advanced analytic technology, TEM/SEM/Spectra, etc.

4.Closely work with related function teams (TPS,ME, EE,SW, RF, etc.) to test the plan as discussed;

5. Prepare test reports using AMEC problem-solving presentation template;

6. Write and submit BKMs based on lab fundamental study results, and demostrate the mechanism clearly;

7. Follow work schedule to ensure results being delivered within committed timeline.

2. 材料、无机材料、应用化学、化学工程、物理、应用物理、与科学和工程相关的交叉学科

3. 有实验设计、数据分析、故障排除、报告撰写与展示的基本技能

4. 注重团队合作，能够在快节奏的工作环境中高效处理多项任务

5. 流利的英语听、说、读、写能力

1. Major in materials, inorganic material, applied chemistry, chemical engineering, Physics, Applied Physics, Interdisciplinary related to Science and Engineering

2. Master degree

3. Basic skills in experimental design, data analysis, trouble shooting, report preparation and presentation

4. Teamwork oriented, and be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced working environment

5. Fluent English skills: Listening, speaking, reading, writing
