职责描述：

1. 负责CVD半导体机台的设备研发，腔体及外围零部件的设计，工艺输送系统和真空系统的设计，制造跟踪，测试和验证。

2. 设计零件3D模型，出2D图纸，并出装配体的图纸和物料BOM，发布在PLM系统

3. 指导及参与样机的装配，处理装配及测试过程中的问题。

4. 与电气、软件和平台等部门合作，定义控制逻辑，指导电气、软件部门开发安全可靠的系统

5. 协助品质、技术支持等部门解决客户技术问题，协助客服做好客户服务工作，并提供改进方案。

1. Develop semiconductor CVD equipment, including chamber, vacuum system, gas delivery system etc. follow up manufacturing, assembling and testing

2. Create 3D model, drawings, BOM .etc, and release document into PLM system

3. Issue purchasing order for parts and follows delivery status

4. Assist function groups to build lab tools and testing

5. Troubleshoot problems, perform Root Cause Analysis and resolve engineering issues

岗位要求

1. 机械类本科以上学历，硕士，博士优先。

2. 熟练使用SolidWork 等3D 绘图软件。

3. 熟悉产品开发流程、掌握PLM等研发过程管控软件的使用

4. 具有团队合作精神；协调沟通能力强。

5. 能适应一定程度加班和出差。

6. 优良的英语听说读写能力，能够熟练的查找英文文献资料

1. Bachelor above degree in Mechanical Engineering required

2. Proficient with engineering design software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD

3. Proficient in using FEA software for strength analysis of design

4 Good communication skill and team work spirit

5. Able to travel and work over time, able to work under pressure

6. Good English reading, writing skill.
