Key responsibilities 主要职责：

1. 负责电源设计和电源模块控制(通讯)系统设计，并验证其可行性；

Power Supply design and power module control (communication) system design, and verify its feasibility;

2.熟悉电源常见拓扑结构，并绘制框图、原理图、PCB Layout图、接线图等电子电气图纸，并编制BOM、SOP、

用户手册等设计文档；

Familiar with common topology structures of power supplies，Draw block diagram、schematic、PCB Layout, wiring diagram

and other electrical drawings, and prepare BOM、SOP、user manual and other design documents;

3. 负责硬件电路调试及测试，独立解决项目开发过程中出现的疑难问题，输出技术文档；

Test and debug for circuits, and solve the issues during the project development individually;

4.设计与验证功率器件(如IGBT、MOSEFT、SCR)的驱动和控制系统(如MCU、DSP, FPGA)，并负责OEM零部件选择以及

成本分析；

Design and verification of power devices (such as IGBT, MOSEFT, SCR) and control systems (such as MCU, DSP, FPGA), as

well as OEM component selection and cost analysis;

5.与软件工程师、结构工程师密切合作，为其提供技术规范及参数需求；

Work closely with software engineers and structural engineers to provide them with technical specifications and parameter

requirements;

6. 发现安装和使用过程中出现的技术问题，并为现场提供技术支持，故障排除和最终解决方案；

Find technical problems in the process of installation and use, and provide technical support, troubleshooting and final solutions

for the site;

Key requirement 资历要求 :

1. 具有硕士以上学历，电力电子、电气控制、电气自动化或相关领域;

Master Degree or above in Power electronics、 Electrical control、 Electrical automation and /or related subjects;

2. 具有3年及以上数字电源或变频电源的项目研发经历者优先;

Minimum of 3+ years’ Power Supply design experience in relevant area will be a plus;

3. 熟悉电源中常用的通讯协议（CAN、EtherCAT、Modbus等）；

Familiar with commonly used communication protocols in power supplies (CAN, Ether CAT, Modbus, etc.) ；

4.熟练掌握电力电子的相关计算方法，熟悉电源相关国家标准；（如变压器参数设计及拓扑器件参数计算选型方法，熟悉电

源测试标准及安规要求）

Proficient in power electronics related calculation methods, proficient related national standards

5. 熟练掌握电气设计工具，如Altium Designer、Cadence、E-Plan、Solidworks Electrical等等；

Proficient in Electrical design tools, such as Altium Designer, Cadence, E-Plan, Solidworks Electrical, etc.

6. 熟练电气系统的仿真设计软件的应用，如Matlab、Multisim、PSpice等；

Proficient in the application of simulation design software of electrical system, such as Matlab, Multisim, PSpice, etc

7. 良好的沟通能力，与不同职能部门进行协调；

Good communication skills, coordinate with different functional departments；

8. 良好的学习能力、良好的沟通能力、良好的团队合作精神和创新能力；

Good at knowledge learning、Good communication、Good team player and creativity;

9. 英语要求：流利；

Language(English): Fluent;
