Mydian runs US market entry for our brand clients end to end: Shopify storefronts, marketplace channels, fulfillment, and customer operations. We are hiring a bilingual Operations Intern to support daily operation.● Product Listings & Catalog Support: Build and maintain product listings across Shopify and marketplace channels, including specs, images, and variants, and help keep the catalog and inventory accurate and up to date.● Store Maintenance: Keep clients' storefronts running day to day, including content updates, checking product information, and loading promotions the team has approved.● Order & Fulfillment Coordination: Track orders and shipments, follow up on delivery issues between US customers and China-based suppliers, and escalate anything unusual to the team.● Inventory Tracking: Monitor stock levels, keep inventory records accurate, and flag low-stock or shipping delays early.● Customer-Service Support: Respond to routine customer inquiries such as order and shipping questions, and pass complex issues, refunds, and complaints to the team.● Returns & Post-Purchase: Help process returns and exchanges following the team's process, and keep post-purchase records tidy.● Reporting & Admin: Keep operational trackers up to date (orders, inventory, open issues) and prepare simple weekly summaries.Requirements● First-language English with fluent Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written), since you'll work between US-facing tasks and China-based clients and suppliers.● Organized and detail-oriented, comfortable keeping listings, orders, and inventory accurate.● Reliable and process-minded, happy to follow a clear process carefully and ask questions when something is unclear.● Comfortable with spreadsheets and simple systems for tracking orders and inventory.● Interest in e-commerce operations, supply chain, or logistics.● Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, operations, supply chain, or a related field.
