岗位职责： •Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored partnership solutions. •Manage partnerships from pitch through execution, including timelines and deliverables. •Develop and align business strategies with key stakeholders. •Participate in client meetings, presentations, trade shows, and business travel as needed. •Maintain and grow long-term relationships with both existing and prospective clients. •Identify appropriate brands for IP collaboration through market research and industry analysis. 任职要求： •3–5 years of experience in the gaming and/or entertainment industries. •Native-level Japanese proficiency. •Experience in brand/IP and cross-industry collaborations. •Strong multitasking ability and deadline management. •Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. •Self-motivated, organized, and a strong team player. •Strong business acumen and strategic thinking. •Passion for gaming, especially in the ACG space. •Marketing experience is a plus. •Overseas work experience is a plus. •Business-fluent English proficiency is a plus.
