- 领导/参与监督车间的不符合事件，安全报告、不良成本事件、维修差错、客户质量投诉和不良成本事件的调查，整改措施和预防性措施的推荐，贯彻和确认, 并持续验证;

Lead/participate investigation of all ? non-conformances, staff safety report, cost of poor quality, maintenance ? error, customer escapes and quality related complaints and COPQ incidents. Recommend, follow-up and assurance of corrective and preventive actions, ? including sustainability of actions.

Complete audit report. Manage and maintenance the ? record of corrective and preventive actions.

- 能够甄别生产运行中存在的系统性问题和/或质量事件;

??Able ? to detect systematic quality issue and/or poor-quality incident.

- 通过日常监督和发现的问题对所监督的车间提出质量改善要求和建议，提升监管车间的整体质量表现;

Improve shop’s overall quality ? performance with quality improvement recommendation and advice through daily ? QS finding.

- 响应员工报告，组织调查和协调相关部门开展改进措施，控制潜在风险。

Respond to employee ? reports, organize investigations, coordinate with relevant departments to ? implement improvement measures, and control potential risks.

- 收集QCPC返工数据，分析返工的分类，制定改进项目，持续跟踪改进效果，降低返工不良质量成本。

Collect QCPC rework data, analyse ? rework categories, formulate improvement projects, continuously monitor ? improvement results, and reduce the COPQ of rework.

- 通过对规章制度和质量程序的清楚阐述和建议来支持生产和工程。

Support ? Production and Engineering with clear interpretation and advice on regulatory ? matters and quality procedures.

- 确保日常工作符合工作程序的要求;

- 主导/参与公司针对审核结果/改善评审的例行质量管理会议，撰写会议报告;
