岗位职责

Job responsibilities

1.????? 负责航空发动机复杂零部件表面处理，包括但不限于喷漆、阳极氧化、电镀（镀银、镀铬）化学处理等新修理能力的全周期评估、开发与引进。

Responsible for the full lifecycle evaluation, development and introduction of new repair capabilities for complex aircraft engine components, including but not limited to painting, anodizing, electroplating (silver plating, chrome plating) and chemical treatment.

2.????? 负责修理能力开发前的技术经济可行性分析，包括设备选型与****率测算，化学品功能性、安全及环保替代评估，并完成立项报告和审批。

Responsible for the technical and economic feasibility analysis before developing repair capabilities, including equipment selection and return on investment calculation, evaluation of chemical functionality, safety and environmental alternatives, and completion of project proposal and approval.

3.????? 设计新修理开发所需要的工装、夹具及工艺方案，负责工艺参数的设计和首件检验。

Design the tooling, fixtures, and process solutions required for new repair development, and be responsible for the design of process parameters and first-piece inspection.

4.????? 依据航空发动机维修手册编制表面处理工艺技术文件，为生产实施提供标准化指导，以促进质量提升与流程规范化。

Compile surface treatment process technical documents based on the aircraft engine maintenance manual to provide standardized guidance for production implementation, thereby promoting quality improvement and process standardization.

5.????? 分析表面处理流程偏差、质量缺陷等工艺难题，提供创新解决方案并推动持续改进。

Analyze process challenges such as deviations and quality defects in surface treatment processes, provide innovative solutions, and drive continuous improvement.

6.????? 作为技术代表，配合质量部门完成特种工艺过程控制审核，并负责相关不符合项的整改与追踪。

As a technical representative, cooperate with the quality department to complete the special process control audit, and be responsible for the rectification and follow-up of related non-conformities.

7.????? 协助提出生产现场使用的化学品的管理要求，确保特种工艺的现场操作符合国家安全、环保（EHS）及航空化学品管理规范。

Assist in proposing management requirements for chemicals used on the production site to ensure that on-site operations of special processes comply with national safety, environmental protection (EHS) and aviation chemical management regulations.

任职要求

Job requirements

1.????? 硕士及以上学历，航空工程、材料科学与工程、化学工程、表面处理等相关专业。

Master's degree or above in aerospace engineering, materials science and engineering, chemical engineering, surface treatment or related fields.

2.????? 具备五年以上产品生产或修理表面处理工艺工程经验，航空航天工作经验优先。

Five or more years of experience in product manufacturing or surface treatment process engineering, with aerospace work experience preferred.

3.????? 熟悉产品表面处理特种工艺规范，尤其是熟练掌握铝合金阳极化、不锈钢/镍基合金电镀、化学处理、喷漆等特种工艺及工艺控制要求。熟悉常用的航空化学品物化特性及安全防护要求。

Familiar with special surface treatment process specifications, especially proficient in special processes and process control requirements such as aluminum alloy anodizing, stainless steel/nickel-based alloy electroplating, chemical treatment, and painting. Familiar with the physicochemical properties and safety protection requirements of commonly used aerospace chemicals.

4.????? 熟悉NADCAP化学处理/表面处理审核标准，有主导或全程参与审核的实操经验者优先。

Familiarity with NADCAP chemical treatment/surface treatment audit standards, and practical experience in leading or participating in the entire audit process will be given priority.

5.????? 英语CET-6及以上，可熟练阅读及撰写技术文档。

English proficiency at CET-6 or above, able to read and write technical documents fluently.

6.????? 具有较强的项目管理能力和跨部门协调能力，能独立对接生产、采购及财务部门推动新项目落地。

Possesses strong project management and cross-departmental coordination skills, and can independently liaise with production, procurement, and finance departments to drive the implementation of new projects.

7.????? 持有民用航空器维修人员执照TA并且其维修技术英语等级签注为4级优先。

Holding a Civil Aircraft Maintenance Personnel License (TA) and having a Level 4 English proficiency endorsement for maintenance skills is preferred.
