- 在无损检测工作中，执行所有的维修改装工作都要符合航空器制造厂的指令，以满足持续适航性,服务通

告，服务信函，适航指令，政府和工业标准，客户的需要，以及中国民航局/美国联邦航空航天局和其他适

航当局允许或批准的其他要求。

Performs maintenance and alteration tasks on civil aviation articles in the Engine, Module and Piece Parts

Induction –Non-Destructive Testing Area, in accordance with the current technical data provided in the

manufacturers’ Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Services Bulletins, service letters,

Airworthiness Directives, government and industry standard practices, customer requirements and

other data acceptable to or approved by the CAAC and other aviation authorities.

Apply knowledge in a practical manner using detailed procedures

- 管理分配的学员和检查员确保其按照程序执行工作

Supervise Trainee and Inspector assigned to ensure work carried out is according to procedures

基本任务/职责

ESSENTIAL TASKS/DUTIES

- 能够按发动机手册要求执行 PT，MT，ET， RT, UT。

Able to perform PT, MT, ET, RT, UT per the engine manual requirements.

- 理解 NDT 的标准操作流程。

Understand the standard work for NDT flow and sequence.

- 有用简单的 CORE 方法确认和纠正错误的能力。

Ability to recognize and correct mistakes and turn backs using simple CORE tools.

- 理解客户/制造厂商要求以及公司政策和程序。

Know customer/manufacturer requirements and company policies and procedures.

- 按照相关的技术数据和标准程序操作

Operate as per relevant Technical data and standard procedure

- 熟悉所有工具和设备，包括发动机工作范围内所用的检查工具。

Familiar with all tools and equipment, including inspection aids, used within engine work scope.

- 熟练地按照技术资料检查零件。

Familiar with inspection of parts per technical data.

- 使用经所有适航当局(例如，CAAC)批准适用的数据。

Apply the data approved by all aviation authorities (e.g. CAAC) that applies.

- 确保所用耗材符合 SPM 要求

Ensure consumables used are in accordance to the SPM requirements

c. 服务通告(SB) ，强制检查(MI)和适航指令。

Service Bulletins (SB), Mandatory Inspection (MI) and Airworthiness Directives.

d. 现行有效的发动机手册和工具通告栏

Current Engine Manuals and tool bulletins

- 能够将要修理校验的工具设备挑出来送修

Ability to dispense tools / equipment for repair and calibration.

SKILLS REQUIRED

Recognize the part number and verify against work orders

- 理解燃气涡扇发动机的工作原理

Understands basic gas turbine operations

- 理解工作订单要求

Understands work orders requirements

- 理解分配工作的标准流程表。

Understands standard process sheet for the job assigned.

- 了解民用航空规章（CAAC 规章，FAA 规章，EASA 规章）

?Understands Civil Aviation Regulation (CAAC Regulation, FAA Regulation, EASA Regulation)

- 能够解释批准的数据来进行工作。

Interpret approved data to perform the job.

- 具有基本计算机技能

Have basic computer skills

- 熟练使用各种被批准的用于检查的机械或目视辅助工具

Proficient in using various types of mechanical and visual inspection aids appropriate for the articles being

inspected and approved for

return to service.

- 符合技能矩阵的要求。

Fit the Skill Matrix Requirements.

- 能理解中英文，并能读写。

?Be able to understand, read and write in Chinese & English.

经验要求

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- 通过培训，学习，受雇史获得的经验，或操作测试能满足所分配的工作要求。

Has experience, through training, knowledge, employment history or practical tests necessary to perform

the scope of work assigned.

学历要求

EDUCATION REQUIRED

- 本科及以上；航空航天/材料专业；5年以上无损检测经验；CET-4及以上。

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or above in Aerospace Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT).; CET-4 or above

证书要求

CERTIFICATES REQUIRED

- CAAC 或等效的 PT,UT 2 级证书。如 PCN ,EN4179或 ASNT PT,UT 2 级证书。有RT,MT,ET优先。

CAAC PT, UT Level 2 Licenses or equivalent. Such as ASNT, EN4179 or PCN PT, UT Level 2

Licenses. RT, MT, ET preferred
