岗位职责（Job Responsibilities）

1.???? 负责航空发动机复杂零部件（如燃烧室、叶片、附/组件）的修理工艺开发与优化，解决高难度损伤修理问题。 ?

Develop and optimize repair processes for complex engine components (e.g., blades, combustors, accessory component) to address advanced damage challenges. ?

2.???? 设计并验证复杂修理工艺（如焊接、热喷涂、喷丸、机加工），确保符合适航标准。 ?

Design and validate advanced repair techniques (e.g., welding, thermo spray, shot peen, machining) to meet airworthiness requirements. ?

3.???? 熟悉GD&T几何公差标准，熟练掌握CAD或UG编程软件，独立设计专用工装工具。

Familiar with GD&T standards, proficient in CAR or UG program software, and capable of independently designing special fixtures.

4.???? 编制复杂工艺的技术文件，支持生产实施及适航认证。 ?

Prepare technical documentation for complex processes to support production and certification. ?

5.???? 分析修理过程中的技术难题，提供创新解决方案并持续改进工艺。 ?

Analyze technical issues in repair processes, propose innovative solutions, and drive continuous improvement. ?

任职要求（Qualifications）

1.???? 航空工程、材料科学或机械工程硕士及以上学历。 ?

Master’s/PhD in Aerospace Engineering, Materials Science, or Mechanical Engineering. ?

2.???? 精通航空发动机复杂零件的损伤机理及修理技术。 ?

Expertise in damage mechanisms and repair techniques for complex engine components. ?

3.???? 熟悉先进修理工艺（如增材制造、特种焊接、先进加工）及材料特性。 ?

Proficient in advanced repair methods (e.g., additive manufacturing, specialized welding, advanced machining) and material properties. ?

4.???? 5年以上航空发动机复杂零件修理或工艺开发经验。 ?

5+ years in repair/process development for complex engine components. ?

5.???? 英语CET-6及以上，可熟练阅读及撰写技术文档。 ?

CET-6 or above, proficient in reading/writing technical documents in English. ?

6.???? 持有民用航空器维修人员执照TA并且其维修技术英语等级签注为4级优先。 ?

Hold Civil Aircraft Maintenance Personnel License TA and technology English level 4 is a plus. ?
