岗位职责： 在招城市：上海 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES As Packaging Engineer, you are in charge of the packaging development from the briefing till the industrialization, ensuring Quality/Price/Flexibility, and considering environment impacts. You have full autonomy on your perimeter to manage your projects, solve problems, and take decisions on the field. You answer all the needs from the local conception team for packaging creations. The projects are varied and you have the opportunity to work on different products (outdoor, fitness products, nutrition..）, with different people across teams (production, sports, logistics, E-commerce warehouses…） . You will have the chance to guide the sports to optimize their packaging and sustainably bring sports to the many. YOUR ROLE Engineering Role: Axi 1 (70%) : Meeting Basic Packaging Solution Requirements 1). Provide optimal packaging solutions to ensure safe transportation of products from production site to physical or online channels, considering cost, quality, time, and environmental factors. 2). Ensure packaging design aligns with brand identity and complies with regulations. 3). Analyze root causes based on quality feedback and spearhead improvement action plans. Axi 2: Summarize valuable technical experience to establish standardization, share it with the team, and enhance team development efficiency. 1). It is imperative to emphasize the importance of standardizing good practices (technical solution , methodology…) and sharing them within the team to enhance daily development efficiency 2). Capture the innovative and intelligent resources from raw material to FG in order to improve the time to market of products and highlight product advantages. Project Leader Role (30%) : Mission: To leverage the co-engineering ecosystem for the development and production of mastered packaging components. Responsible for the establishment and implementation of team projects centered on "People, Planet, Profit", achieving the purpose of optimizing the value chain and enhancing the brand's market influence. 1). Establish a standardized development process based on TCI and local project needs 2). Validate the engineering capabilities of supplier panel 3). Launch TCI and Local project tests using the new development method 4). Improve the co-engineering ecosystem based on feedback from the trial run. 任职要求： REQUIRED: 1) Sporty, dynamic and concrete. 2) Demonstrating courage in decision-making and leadership 3) Leadership in driving teams towards common goals 4) Exploring the significance of strategic thinking in developing effective packaging solutions 5) Emphasizing the need for flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment 6) Bachelor degree in Packaging Engineering with related packaging structural design experience (at least 1-2 years working as a packaging engineer & with packaging structure design). 7) You have solid knowledge of all pack processes (flat cardboard and corrugated). 8) You are autonomous, you have a sense of service and organization and you master project management.. 9) You are a communicator. You communicate your recommendations with conviction to the teams and you are able to put in practice your negotiation skills. 10) Ready for business trips and to work on site (suppliers/factories/office). 11) You are fluent in Mandarin & English (French is a plus). SPECIFIC REQUIRED SKILLS You have an advanced knowledge in CAD and packaging structure design software, such (but not limited) as: ARTIOSCAD; ILLUSTRATOR& InDesign; CAPEPACK OR STACKBUILDER
