Role Description： We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven Country Manager to lead and grow our business in China, based in Shanghai. This is a senior commercial leadership role, combining sales development, key account management, and operational excellence across the hospitality and tourism industries. You’ll be responsible for expanding our market presence, deepening partnerships with leading hotel brands, and leading a local team to deliver our industry-leading audit and certification solutions. Key Responsibilities: 61Develop and implement a growth strategy for China focused on new business development and account expansion. 61Build and strengthen relationships with international and domestic hotel groups, resorts, and travel brands. 61Take full P&L ownership, ensuring sustainable and profitable business growth. 61Lead and inspire a high-performing local team, ensuring quality delivery and customer satisfaction. 61Ensure compliance with Cristal and Intertek global standards of excellence. 61Represent Intertek Cristal at hospitality trade shows, events, and client forums to drive brand visibility. Qualifications & Experience: 61Proven sales and business development track record in the hospitality, travel, or tourism sectors. 61Strong leadership and team management experience. 61Solid commercial acumen with hands-on P&L responsibility. 61Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills with senior hotel and corporate stakeholders. 61Strategic thinker with a proactive, growth-oriented mindset. 61Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field. 61Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential; other languages (Japanese, Korean) are a plus.
