THE ROLE

As a Mechanical Design Engineer Intern, NVH with our Noise, Vibration, Harshness team, you will play a critical role in the development of the next generation Tesla products. You will test, analyze and optimize the revolutionary vehicle designs. You will be an innovative and skilled problem solver – using all analytical tools available to you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• NVH static test (mode test, transfer function test, etc.).

• NVH dynamic test (on road data recording).

• NVH analysis on structural/ road/ wind noise, thermal/DU vibration. Etc.

• NVH test lab and facility management.

• Contribute directly as the NVH team coordinator to ensure successfully execution.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing, vehicle engineering, materials engineering, industrial.

• Have driver license(C2) is a must.

• Have experience to use NVH data recording tools, like LMS, Head,N-Modal or any local facility for vibration, sound data collecting.

• Have experience or knowledge in vibration & noise basis.

• Have model correction experience or knowledge also preferred (Including Test & CAE for model correction).

• Have positive working attitude, strong practical ability.

• Excellent time management skills.

• English speaking proficiency.
