岗位职责： Role purpose As a Data Operation and Modellings Specialist for the CN PS team, you will be responsible for exploring and implementing innovative tools and data products to drive business improvement and operational efficiency. This role serves as the bridge between local technical expertise and the global teams, collaborating closely with end-users to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs while ensuring operational sustainability. 在产品开发全周期内，依托高效的运营模式，中国区产品安全团队以先进的健康安全和环境安全领域知识与技术为基础，通过持续交付高质量成果，为本地植保业务赋能支持，确保先正达产品符合本地及全球相关法规的安全性要求。 作为CN PS团队的数据运营和建模专家，您将负责探索和实施创新工具和数据产品，以推动产品安全业务改进，提升运营效率。该岗位是本地技术专家和全球团队之间的桥梁，与数据使用端的技术专家们密切合作，了解他们的需求，并提供量身定制的数字化模型等解决方案，以满足他们的需求，同时确保运营的可持续性。 Accountabilities •Explore, develop and stay abreast of new predictive models, technologies, and solutions that could afford business improvement opportunities within China Product Safety. Evaluate the potential impact and feasibility of implementing new technologies, considering factors such as cost, scalability, and alignment with business objectives. •Act as change agent in China Product Safety for the implementation of new data and digital solutions. Facilitate user adoption and provide training and support to ensure smooth transitions to new solutions, predictive models, tools and/or processes. •Collect and curate a wide range of scientific data from databases, study reports, public literature, regulatory reviews, etc. into easily usable and consistent formats and ensure their quality for downstream purposes and use by scientists. •Collaborate closely with end-users to fully understand the details of their immediate need and provide expert solutions that are fit for purpose, meet business needs, and are operationally sustainable. •Develop, maintain, and support non-standard solutions for end-users to improve the efficiency of processes. •Support scientific staff in ensuring the operability of applications and proper lifecycle management of data solutions. 任职要求： Critical success factors & key challenges •Digital Technology Literacy: Broad understanding of digital technologies (e.g., artificial intelligence, data analytics[JZ4.1][WG4.2] and visualization, cloud computing, Robotic Process Automation and enterprise platforms such as ERP), and their use in relevant industries •Knowledge in product safety related field: Moderate level of understanding in risk analysis and other relevant fields •Influence in a Science-Based Team: Soft skills to build credibility in a science-based team •Business–Technology Translation: Capability/ Learning curve to effectively translate business language into technical requirements and vice versa; bridge understanding between CN PS and IT delivery teams[WG5.1] •Regulatory Context Awareness: Understanding of regulatory and operational context in China region and Product Safety organization •Demand Prioritization: Understanding of the importance of prioritization to business demands with IT/vendor capabilities and timelines •Stakeholder Expectation Management: Capability to understand and conduct stakeholder expectation management Critical knowledge and experience •Strong background in developing predictive models, preferably for product safety related areas •Business analysis, digital transformation, or operations roles (1+ years recommended). •IT/digital literacy: comfortable with technology concepts (e.g., artificial intelligence, data analytics and visualization, cloud computing, Robotic Process Automation and enterprise platforms such as ERP), tool evaluation, and conversations with vendors that could deliver the IT products/solutions to CN PS. •Experience working in regulated industries (medical, pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics and etc.) •Track record in process improvement, organizational change, and/or digital adoption initiatives. Critical technical, leadership and personal capabilities •Business acumen: Understand operational needs and articulate business value. •Communication & influence: Translate between business and technical teams; advocate for user needs. •Problem-solving: Break complex challenges into manageable pieces; comfortable with ambiguity. •Adaptability: Willingness to learn Product Safety context and digital tools on the job. •Stakeholder management: Build trust, manage expectations, deliver transparency. •Organization & execution: Plan work, monitor progress, manage multiple initiatives. •Language: English and Mandarin Chinese (written and verbal) Additional information •The role will be based in either Shanghai or Beijing. •A limited amount of travel within China is likely to be required.
