1. 负责临床供应链项目从启动到结束的全面管理工作，组织定期项目会议，准备会议议程和会议记录，跟进行动项，确保项目按时以及高质量交付。 Responsible for the overall management of clinical supply, organize regular project meetings, prepare meeting agenda and minutes, and follow up action items to ensure on time and high quality deliverables. 2. 负责全面管理与发展团队，制定并推动团队目标与绩效指标，搭建高效工作流程，培养人才并进行继任规划，提升团队执行力与凝聚力，确保跨部门协同与目标达成 Responsible for end-to-end team leadership and development: set and drive team goals and KPIs, establish efficient workflows, coach and develop talent with succession planning, enhance team execution and cohesion, and ensure cross-functional collaboration to achieve objectives. 3. 跨职能协调内部项目活动，确保项目按计划执行。密切监控项目进展/风险，确保项目按计划和预算完成。及时向所有关键干系人更新项目进度。 Coordinate internal project activities across functions to ensure that the project is implemented as planned. Closely monitor the progress /risks of the project to ensure that the project is completed according to the plan and budget. Update the project schedule to all key stakeholders in a timely manner. 4. 跟客户沟通，制定临床供应链策略，包括对照药采购，存储，贴标，包装，分发等 Talk with clients and define clinical supply strategy including comparator sourcing, storage, labelling, packaging, distribution, etc. 5. 带领设计团队支持临床标签设计开发过程，包括标签文本的设计，翻译和标签证明 Lead design team to support clinical label development process including creation of master label text, translations and label proofs 6. 与发货团队协作，确保临床成品按计划打包，回收，销毁，确保所有的发货订单准时抵达仓储站点或临床中心 Work closely with Distribution team and to ensure IMPs to be dispatched, returned, and destructed on schedule，all shipment to depot or sites on time 7. 在整个项目生命周期内确保客户满意，支持BD进行业务拓展，扩大商业机会。 Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project life cycle and support BD to do further business development and expansion of new business opportunities。 1. 本科及以上学历，药学相关专业 Bachelor degree or above, pharmaceutical related background 2. 良好的英语的听说读写能力 Good English in listening, speaking, reading and writing 3. 制药以及临床供应链行业工作经验者优先 Experience of pharmaceutical and clinical supply is preferred 4. 临床供应链相关工作经验5年以上 At least 5 years working experience in clinical supply chain 5. 能够独立支持国际临床项目以及相关的供应链服务 Ability to support global clinical project and related clinical supply services 6. 具有优秀的解决问题和沟通的能力 Excellent problem solving and communication skills 7. 工作态度积极，团队意识强，且能独立分析问题和解决问题 Positive working attitude, strong sense of team, and able to analyze and solve problems independently 8.负责全面管理与发展团队 Responsible for end-to-end team leadership and development
