1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、商科或相关专业，5 年以上产品经理经验，有完整的产品从 0 到 1 及规模化经验，有支付/金融背景优先； 2. 具备 AI 产品或项目经验，熟悉大模型、Agent、RAG、知识图谱等技术应用，有 AI 驱动产品成功案例者优先； 3. 优秀的逻辑思维能力、数据分析能力和用户洞察力，能够通过数据驱动产品持续优化，建立渗透率、成功率等核心指标体系； 4. 英文流利，可作为工作语言进行书面和口头沟通，具备全球化视野和跨境业务经验者优先； 5. 有支付行业、SaaS 产品、B2B 产品或商户运营相关经验者优先，熟悉支付成功率优化、拒付抗辩、风控策略等领域者优先； 6. 对 AI 提效有热情，有运用 AI 工具优化工作流程、沉淀方法论并推动团队提效经验者优先； 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, AI, Business, or related fields. 5+ years of product management experience with proven track record of building products from 0 to 1 and scaling; Candidates with experience in payment or fintech industry are preferred. 2. Hands-on AI product or project experience, familiar with LLM, Agent, RAG, Knowledge Graph and related technologies. Candidates with successful AI-driven product cases are preferred; 3. Excellent logical thinking, data analysis, and user insight capabilities, able to drive continuous product optimization through data-driven approaches and establish core metrics such as penetration rate and success rate; 4. Fluent in English (written and spoken) as a working language. Global mindset and cross-border business experience are strong plus; 5. Experience in payment industry, SaaS products, B2B products, or merchant operations is a plus. Familiarity with payment success rate optimization, chargeback dispute, risk management strategies is preferred; 6. Passionate about AI-powered efficiency improvement. Experience in leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows, establish methodologies, and drive team-wide efficiency gains is a strong plus;
