•Experience: 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally combining in-house HRBP/generalist roles with project experience in large enterprises, PE portfolio management, or HR management consulting. •M&A & Project Execution: Demonstrated track record of contributing to HR M&A (due diligence/PMI) and cross-functional HR transformation projects. •Domain Expertise: Sound understanding of core HR generalist operations, C&B principles, broad-based equity incentive concepts, and regional labor practices. •Business Acumen: Solid background as an in-house HRBP with sharp commercial sense and strong stakeholder management capabilities. •Personal Attributes: Patient, detail-oriented, highly hands-on, and resilient when navigating shifting priorities and matrixed cross-functional teams. •Location & Mobility: Based in Hong Kong with the capacity to support multi-market portfolio operations. •Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in English and Mandarin/Cantonese is required for regional stakeholder engagement and documentation.
