Job Description:

1. 判断和确认项目中的生产物料需求的准确。熟悉项目合同条款，针对各类物料需求制定合理可靠的保障方案。同时控制物料的成本，包括管理与减少紧急运输费用和物流剩余等情况。

Confirm production’s material requests accurately in the project. Be familiar with the terms of material contracts, develop responsible supply plan for each shortage material. And control material costs, include manage and reduce material AOG or Remain.

2. 每日更新和制作航材缺件报告及物流到库未领清单。监控物流供应的流程进度，及时发现问题，并与相关部门协调以寻求解决方案。

 Daily make material shortage report & material nil-issued report. Monitor the progress of the material supply process, identify issues promptly and coordinate with relevant department for timely solution

3.能够清楚了解项目的进程和状态。准备会议报告，按时参加每日的客户会议与生产会议。汇报物料保障的进度状况并解决客户的问题。

Have a clear understanding of project progress. Prepare material report, attend daily customer meeting and production meeting. Report on materials conditions and resolve customer issues.

4. 确认每日预使用的航材清单并为物流库房团队提供支持。

Confirm daily material KITTING List and inventory Plant transfer list, support Logistics and Warehouse team on time.

5. 项目结束后，负责收集物流相关的账单报告。协助客户服务部门解答与发票上物料相关的疑问。

After the project concludes, Responsible for collecting and reviewing material billing report. Assist the customer service department in answering queries related to materials on invoices.

6.? 项目完成后，负责与客户确认不可用航材/剩余可用航材的处置方案，并在SAP系统中维护零件的退运/报废指令。

After project completed, be responsible for confirming with the client to disposal plans for unserviceable and serviceable materials, as well as maintaining instructions for parts return/scrap in SAP system.

学历要求?Preferred Education:

大学本科及以上Bachelor's degree or above

岗位技能与资质要求：

Preferred Job Skills and Qualifications:

1. 具备2年以上供应链管理（SCM）行业或飞机维修（MRO）相关工作经验。

 Above 2 years working experience in SCM industry or MRO business

2. 大学本科及以上学历，航空工程或者相关专业者优先。

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent or above, majored in aviation/aeronautic engineering or related field is preferred

3. 具备良好的沟通能力，可以与外部合作伙伴及内部相关部门人员保持良好的关系。

Good communication skills, keep good relationship with external partners and internal related departments

4.熟悉ERP 系统应用，有 SAP、Oracle 或 QAD 经验者优先。

Good knowledge in ERP system application, experienced in SAP, Oracle or QAD is a plus.

5. 熟练掌握 Microsoft 办公软件套件，尤其擅长Excel、Access、Word 和 Outlook。

Proficient in Microsoft suite, especially in Excel, Access, Word and Outlook.

6.英语与普通话流利（书面与口语），大学英语四级及以上水平。

Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken), CET-4 or above.
