Job Description:

• 1. 制定并持续完善飞机维修实施相关的详细项目计划，保障计划落地执行
  

  Lead and maintain detailed project plans addressing implementation of aircraft maintenance

• 2. 合理统筹团队人力安排，把控团队工作的质量与安全管理
  

  ?Reasonable in manpower arrangements, Quality and Safety control in work team

• 3. 通过进度跟踪与报告开展项目执行的管控与监督，包括评估项目各项指标，并在飞机维修项目推进中制定纠正措施与风险缓解方案

  Control and monitor program execution via schedule tracking and reporting. This includes evaluating program metrics and providing corrective action and mitigation during the aircraft maintenance project.

• 4. 持续改进、精益流程的工作模式，改善流程
  

  Work in an environment of continuous improvement and lean process and product development

  5.精通维修工卡的相关要求，熟练掌握工卡的执行规范与记录标准；熟悉工卡制式，严格落实工单执行及记录要求
  

  Master maintenance work orders, the executive and records requirements; master work order style, execution and recording requirements.

岗位要求：

Job Skills and Qualification:

• 1. 精通飞机钣金维修技术，持有CAAC维修人员执照
  

  ?Proficiency in aircraft sheet metal repair, to possess a CAAC license.

• 2. 拥有至少 10 年 MRO 企业飞机钣金维修或定检维修工作经验，具备钣金维修工艺开发经验者优先
  

  3. At least 10 years of aircraft sheet metal or base maintenance experience in MRO, have sheet metal repair development experience is preferred

• 4. 具备良好的英语读写能力

  ?Reasonable command of read and written English

• 5. 执行力强，职业素养良好

  Good execution and professionalism

• 6.具备优秀的团队协作能力与领导能力
  

  Good teamwork and leadership
