Job Responsibility: 岗位职责： 1. Design and develop high-quality software/firmware components for ARM-based server-class CPUs, including firmware, Linux kernel modules and device drivers, or platform software. 设计和开发ARM服务器CPU的高质量软件/固件组件，涵盖固件、驱动或平台软件 2. Participate in pre-silicon validation on FPGA/emulation platforms and post-silicon bring-up activities, from initial power-on to full system functionality and mass production. 参与FPGA/emulation硬前验证和post-silicon bring-up，从上电到全系统功能验证直至量产交付。 3. Collaborate with SW/HW architects, RTL designers, verification engineers, and product teams to define interfaces, resolve integration issues, and ensure end-to-end system quality. 与软硬件架构师、RTL设计、验证团队及产品团队紧密协作，定义接口规范、解决集成问题、保障端到端系统质量。 4. Develop and execute test plans and performance benchmarks to ensure compliance with functional, performance, and security requirements. 制定和执行测试计划及性能基准测试，确保功能、性能、安全达标。 5. Contribute to documentation including design specifications, release notes, and technical guides. 编写设计规格文档、发布说明和技术指南。 Job Requirements： 任职要求： 1. M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields (2027 graduates). 计算机科学、计算机工程、电子工程或相关专业硕士或博士（2027届毕业生）。 2. Strong proficiency in C/C++ programming; familiarity with Python scripting; Solid understanding of computer architecture. 精通C/C++编程；熟悉Python脚本；扎实的计算机体系结构基础。 3. Foundational knowledge of Linux, RTOS, bootloaders, or bare-metal programming. 具备Linux、RTOS、bootloader或裸机编程的基础知识。 4. Self-motivated, fast learner, and strong team collaboration skills. 自驱力强，学习速度快，具备良好的团队协作能力。 Preferred Qualifications 加分项： 1. Hands-on experience with ARM architecture development (course projects, lab work, or internships). 有ARM架构相关开发实践经验（课程项目、实验室课题或实习）。 2. Familiarity with Linux kernel, device drivers, UEFI, BMC software, or server-class hardware protocols (PCIe, DDR, Ethernet,I2C/SPI/I3C). 熟悉Linux内核、设备驱动、UEFI、BMC软件，或服务器硬件协议（PCIe、DDR、Ethernet、I2C/SPI/I3C）。 3.
