Job Responsibility: 岗位职责： 1.Enable AI models and/or applications on NPU products for related the state of the art technologies such as LLM, computer vision, machine learning etc. 在NPU产品上进行AI模型和/或应用的适配，以支持大语言模型（LLM）、计算机视觉、机器学习等相关领域的前沿技术落地 2. Design and maintain AI software stacks for typical AI tech usage scenarios (e.g. AIoT, mobile, AIPC, cloud, and etc), achieving competitive performance and aligning accuracy. 针对典型的AI技术应用场景（例如AIoT、移动端、AIPC、云端推理等），设计并维护AI软件栈，以实现具有竞争力的性能并确保准确性 3. Focus on hardware-software co-anaylsis and co-evolution for next generation AI related IPs. 关注下一代人工智能相关IP产品的软硬件协同分析与协同演进 Job Requirements: 任职要求： 1. Master's degree or above, majoring in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. 硕士及以上学历，主修电子工程、计算机科学或相关专业 2. Expert programming skills in C/C++, Python 精通 C/C++、Python 编程 3. Familiar with common AI models and acceleration methods, with the ability to track cutting-edge algorithms. 熟悉常见的人工智能模型和加速方法，并具备追踪前沿算法的能力 4. Strong troubleshooting ability, quick learning skills and good communication with team. 具备较强的故障排查能力、快速学习能力以及与团队良好的沟通能力 5.
