Job Responsibility: 岗位职责： 1. Create the specifications for Arm China’s IP/Subsystem products, analyze the trade-offs between different options via modelling or RTL 为ARM China IP/子系统产品撰写设计规范，通过建模或RTL评估不同方案之间的权衡 2. Perform micro-architecture design of NPU sub-modules based on architecture specs 根据架构 spec 完成 NPU子模块的微架构设计 3. Design the IP/ Subsystem in RTL, work with the rest of the design team to deliver a product with leading power efficiency and performance 用RTL设计IP和子系统，与设计团队其他成员协作，交付具有业界领先能效与性能的产品 4. Work closely with cross functional teams like architecture, design, verification, modelling, implementation, and software etc. 与架构、设计、验证、建模、后端实现、软件等跨职能团队紧密协作 5. Working under pressure to deliver IP/Subsystem to customer 具备良好的交付意识，能在快节奏项目中按期交付IP/子系统 Job Requirements: 任职要求: 1. Master's degree or above, majoring in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Communication Engineering, Automation, Microelectronics, or related fields. 硕士及以上学历，电子工程、计算机科学、通信工程、自动化、微电子或相关专业 2. Familiarity with hardware description languages, such as Verilog/SystemVerilog 熟悉 Verilog / SystemVerilog 等硬件描述语言 3. Familiarity with shell programming/scripting in e.g., Shell, Perl, Python etc. 熟悉 Shell、Perl、Python 等脚本编程 4. Familiarity with Programming languages such as: ASM, or C/C++ 熟悉 ASM、C / C++ 等编程语言 5. An engineering mindset and passion for digital design, verification, and architecture 具有工程思维，对数字设计、验证和架构有热情 6. Good inter-personal and teamwork skills 良好的人际沟通与团队协作能力 7. Preferred: Familiar with computer architecture and high-performance computing 加分项：熟悉计算机体系结构与高性能计算 8.
