Job Responsibility: 岗位职责： 1. Create the specifications for the next generation of Arm China’s CPU products, analyze the trade-offs between different options via modelling or RTL 制定安谋中国下一代 CPU 产品的技术规格，通过建模或 RTL 仿真分析各类方案之间的取舍权衡 2. Design the CPU IP in RTL, work with the rest of the design team to deliver a product with leading power efficiency and performance 基于 RTL 完成 CPU IP 设计，协同设计团队其他成员，交付具备领先能效与性能的产品 3. Use formal tools to run property check and lint/CDC check to make sure the RTL’s behavior is as design expectation 使用形式化验证工具开展属性检查、代码 lint 检查以及跨时钟域（CDC）检查，确保 RTL 行为符合设计预期 4. Write function coverages and assertions to find bugs in the design with DV engineers and deliver high quality products 与设计验证（DV）工程师共同编写功能覆盖点与断言，挖掘设计缺陷，保障产品交付质量 5. Use synthesis and power analyzing tools to evaluate the PPA data of the design and get the critical issues fixed through iterations 运用综合工具与功耗分析工具评估设计的 PPA 指标，通过多轮迭代解决关键问题 6. Work closely with cross functional teams like verification, modelling, implementation etc. 与验证、建模、后端实现等跨职能团队紧密协作 Job Requirements: 任职要求: 1. An engineering mindset and passion for digital design 具备工程思维，热爱数字电路设计工作 2. A keen interest in processors and digital systems 对处理器架构与数字系统具备浓厚的钻研兴趣 3. Understanding of computer architecture and micro-architecture concepts 掌握计算机体系结构及微架构相关专业知识 4. Familiarity with hardware description languages, such as VHDL or Verilog/SystemVerilog 熟悉 VHDL、Verilog、SystemVerilog 等硬件描述语言 5. Creativity and ability to communicate ideas effectively 具备创新思维，能够清晰、高效地表达设计思路与想法 6. Use of a Linux/UNIX environment and shell programming/scripting in e.g. Perl, Python etc 会使用 Linux/UNIX 工作环境，掌握 Perl、Python 等 Shell 脚本编程 7.
