Research and optimize video coding algorithms for mainstream standards, focusing on coding efficiency, visual quality, computational complexity, and implementation feasibility. 研究和优化主流视频编码标准相关算法，重点关注编码效率、主观质量、计算复杂度和工程实现可行性。 2. Design, implement, and maintain bit-accurate C/C++ reference models for codec tools, features, and VPU IP behavior. 设计、实现并维护编解码工具、功能及VPU IP行为的比特精确C/C++参考模型。 3. Work closely with architecture and RTL engineers to translate algorithms into hardware-friendly solutions and evaluate trade-offs among quality, performance, area, power, and memory bandwidth. 与架构和RTL工程师紧密合作，将算法转化为硬件友好的实现方案，并评估质量、性能、面积、功耗和存储带宽之间的权衡。 4. Develop test content, automation, and analysis methods; investigate bitstream, conformance, quality, and regression issues across C-model, FPGA, and system platforms. 开发测试内容、自动化工具和分析方法；分析并解决C模型、FPGA及系统平台上的码流、一致性、质量和回归问题。 5. Support codec feature development, system integration, customer technical enablement, subjective quality optimization, and end-to-end issue resolution. 支持编解码功能开发、系统集成、客户技术支持、主观质量优化及端到端问题闭环。 Job Requirements: 任职要求： Required Qualifications 基本要求 1. Master's or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related field, graduating in 2027. 2027届硕士或博士毕业生，电子工程、计算机科学、通信工程、应用数学或相关专业。 2. Strong fundamentals in video coding, image processing, signal processing, algorithms, and data structures. 具备扎实的视频编码、图像处理、信号处理、算法和数据结构基础。 3. Good knowledge of one or more mainstream video coding standards, such as H.264/AVC, HEVC, AV1, or VVC. 熟悉H.264/AVC、HEVC、AV1或VVC等一种或多种主流视频编码标准。 4. Proficiency in C/C++; practical experience with Python, Linux development, debugging, and version-control tools is preferred. 熟练掌握C/C++；具备Python、Linux开发、调试及版本管理工具的实践经验者优先。 5. Ability to read technical papers and specifications, convert ideas into reproducible experiments, and analyze results quantitatively. 能够阅读技术论文和标准规范，将技术思路转化为可复现实验，并对结果进行定量分析。 6. Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English. 具备良好的问题分析与解决能力、团队协作能力，以及中英文书面和口头沟通能力。 Preferred Qualifications 加分项 1. Hands-on experience with codec reference software (such as HM or VTM) or open-source implementations (such as x264, x265, VVenC, SVT-AV1, or libaom). 具有编解码标准参考软件（如HM、VTM）或开源实现（如x264、x265、VVenC、SVT-AV1、libaom）的实践经验。 2. Experience from research, internships, course projects, competitions, or open-source contributions related to video coding or image processing. 具有视频编码或图像处理相关的科研、实习、课程项目、竞赛或开源贡献经历。 3.
