Responsibilities: Evaluate, select, and deploy large language model-based AI coding solutions for engineering teams. Work with Legal, Security, Compliance, and IT teams to complete compliance reviews and address data security, privacy, IP, and source code protection concerns. Partner with R&D teams to implement AI coding tools in real development workflows and support business-side engineering needs. Analyze different AI coding solutions, including their capabilities, limitations, usage restrictions, cost, and deployment requirements. Manage AI coding tool quotas, access, usage monitoring, cost control, and adoption reporting. Track usage status, collect user feedback, summarize benefits and risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Requirements: Strong understanding of large language models, AI coding tools, and AI coding deployment approaches. Hands-on experience with AI coding platforms, coding assistants, or AI coding agents. Familiarity with different AI coding solutions, including SaaS, private deployment, self-hosted models, IDE plugins, CLI tools, and agent-based workflows. Experience deploying AI coding solutions at scale is highly preferred. Good understanding of AI coding agents, including context management, tool use, code generation, debugging, testing, and code review workflows. Practical experience using AI coding tools to complete complex development projects. Experience with multi-agent development workflows is a strong plus. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with Legal, Security, Compliance, Product, and Engineering teams.
