Job Description: We are seeking a US/PRC qualified lawyer with at least five years of experience in export control compliance (mixture of US law firm and in-house experiences is preferred). A successful candidate should be business driven, capable of making practical judgments in complex regulatory environments, and with high degree of professional integrity. This role will directly report to the general counsel. Key Responsibilities: -Advise on and ensure compliance with applicable export control laws and regulations. -Develop, implement, and update internal export control policies and procedures. -Conduct risk assessments and screening of transactions, partners, and end-users. -Provide export control training to relevant business teams and stakeholders. Qualifications & Requirements -US or PRC Bar qualification. -At least 5 years of experience in export control compliance -Practical problem solving and negotiation skills would be highly valuable -Language: Mandarin (native); English (business level);
