岗位职责:

Responsibilities:

1. 负责公司所有类型项目的启动、计划、执行、监控、收尾整个生命周期；

Responsible for project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closing of all types of projects throughout product life cycle.

2. 配合研发部门进行产品需求分析，明确项目开发范围；

Cooperate with R&D department to conduct product requirement analysis and define the scope of project development.

3. 制定开发计划基线，对项目各个部分进行WBS分解，明确工作量；

Create project schedule baseline, WBS decomposition for each function, and clarify workload.

4. 监控项目执行，确保项目按照计划基线运行，保障关键节点输出物质量, 同时控制好项目成本；

Monitor the project execution, ensure the project runs according to the planned baseline, guarantee the quality of the deliverables at key gates, and control the project cost.

5. 熟悉DFMEA, 在项目整个生命周期内控制风险，确保风险控制措施完整执行；

Familiar with DFMEA, control risks throughout the project lifecycle and ensure complete implementation of risk control measures.

6. 对项目执行状况进行经验教训总结，并参与对项目流程持续改进。

Conduct lessons learned on project execution status and participate in continuous improvement of project process.

岗位要求：

Requirements：

1. 芯片、软件开发或雷达产品领域相关经验, 项目管理相关经验；

Experience in SoC chip 、Software development or radar product development domain, Experience in project management.

2. 具备优秀的沟通能力和跨部门协作能力，能够有效驱动项目按计划进行；

Excellent communication and cross-function collaboration skills, able to effectively drive the project according to plan.

3. 拥有良好的微电子、算法编写或软件开发技术背景，以及较强的逻辑分析能力；

Good technical background in microelectronics, algorithm or software development, and strong logical analysis skills.

4. 能够熟练运用项目管理软件、文档处理软件，具备一定的数据分析能力；

Ability to use Jira or other similar project management software, Microsoft software, and have certain data analysis skills.

5. 熟悉项目管理的理论知识，有PMP证书优先；

Familiar with the theoretical knowledge of project management, PMP certification is preferred.

6. 具有较好的英语听说读写能力；

Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.

7. 强烈的团队合作精神，良好的沟通能力，个人工作积极主动，能承受一定工作强度和压力；

Strong teamwork spirit, good communication skill, proactive in personal work, able to withstand certain work intensity and pressure.

8. 熟悉芯片、软件开发或者雷达开发流程者优先；

Familiar with SoC chip、software development or radar development process is preferred.

9. 本科及以上学历。

Bachelor degree or above.
