岗位职责： 职位介绍： 该岗位负责统筹全公司消防安全相关的技术落地与管理规范整合工作。你将需制定并持续维护消防安全管理制度、规范标准、标准作业流程、技术管控流程及风险治理机制，同时为重点项目与消防安全运营团队提供支撑。本岗位需搭建一套主动前置、以风险为核心的消防安全管理体系，推动全流程标准化、合规化建设，并持续优化消防安全管理工作。 工作内容： · 制定、维护并定期评审消防安全管理制度、标准、规范、标准作业程序及技术规程。 · 搭建消防安全治理架构、保障机制、上报体系与绩效指标。 · 与检查团队合作编制检查方案、合规核查清单及审核方法。 · 搭建消防安全治理体系、关键绩效指标上报模板、检查清单与审核标准；担任消防安全专家，解读地方消防规范、企业管理规定及行业标杆要求。 · 为日常运营、设施运维、工程建设、大型活动及招商引资项目提供消防安全技术咨询；覆盖项目全周期，参与各阶段设计审核、现场巡查、试验调试及竣工交付技术支持。 · 评估新型消防安全技术与智能化消防系统。 · 协调跨职能部门、业务条线及政府监管机构，配合官方专项审核，并与属地消防救援机构保持常态化沟通对接。 · 带领消防安全工程团队：开展工作指导与绩效反馈，统筹团队绩效考核与专业能力提升，推动技术经验共享与工作流程持续优化。 Job Summary: This role serves as the technical and governance integration for Fire Safety across the organization. You will responsible for establishing and maintaining fire safety policies, standards, SOPs, technical governance processes, and intelligence programs while supporting major projects and operational Fire Safety teams. The position ensures a proactive, risk-based fire safety management framework and drives standardization, compliance, and continuous improvement. What You’ll Do: · Develop, maintain, and periodically review Fire Safety Policy, Standards, Guidelines, SOPs, and technical procedures. · Establish fire safety governance frameworks, assurance mechanisms, reporting systems, and performance indicators. · Work with Inspection team to develop inspection protocols, compliance checklists, and audit methodologies. · Build fire safety governance, reporting KPIs, inspection checklists and audit standards; serve as fire safety expert to interpret local codes, corporate rules and industry benchmarks. · Deliver technical fire safety consultation for daily operations, facilities, construction, events and capital attraction projects; review all design phases, conduct site inspections, tests and commissioning support through full project cycles. · Evaluate new fire safety technology and intelligent systems · Coordinate cross-function teams, LOB and government regulators, support official audits and maintain close liaison with local fire departments. · Lead fire safety engineering team: provide coaching and feedback, manage team performance and capability growth, promote knowledge sharing and continuous optimization. 任职要求： 我们希望您： · 消防安全、安全工程相关专业本科及以上学历 · 持有有效的国家消防安全专业资格证书 · 10年及以上消防安全全流程工作经验，有主题乐园、大型商业项目从业背景者优先 · 熟练掌握各类消防规范、企业安全管理标准 · 擅长制度、标准作业程序编制，可独立开展消防设计审核、施工现场消防检查，协调完成监管部门消防核查工作 · 能够对智慧消防相关技术进行评估，为基建工程、园区日常运营、大型活动举办提供消防技术咨询服务 · 具备成熟的团队管理能力，可推进团队绩效管理与工作持续优化 · 优秀的跨部门沟通协调能力，可对接公司内部各部门、消防救援队伍及政府监管单位 · 英语沟通流利者优先 What To Bring: · Bachelor’s degree and above in fire safety/safety engineering. · Hold valid national fire safety professional certificates · 10+ years fire safety full-cycle experience, theme park/large commercial project background preferred · In-depth mastery of fire codes, corporate safety standards. · Skilled in policy/SOP compilation, design review, construction inspection and regulatory audit coordination · Capable of evaluating intelligent fire safety technologies, providing technical consultation for capital construction, park operation and events · Proven team leadership ability, drive performance management and continuous improvement · Strong cross-functional communication skills to liaise with internal departments, fire brigades and government authorities. · Proficient English communication is a plus
