Job Summary: As Kitchen Assistant Intern, you keeping the back of the house properly cleaned, maintaining the kitchen utensils, and helping Cooks and Chefs to select and store food materials. You also will be professionally trained to understand the usage and storage of all detergent, ensure the good conditions of all equipment in order to support banquets and outdoor activities. What You’ll Do: Prepares basic food items and stores raw, dry, canned and cooked food Cleans the operating equipment (table top- small wares) / machinery / kitchen equipment and utensils, and handles them in a proper way in order to prolong its use To keep the back-of-house areas properly cleaned and dry whilst in operations Acts in a pleasant, cheerful and courteous way Based on business need and Cast Members’ credentials, below tasks will be assigned from time to time: Support guest flow in general, including in different locations Assist guests with directions, answer questions, provide information and solutions as needed Support cleaning work areas and guest areas Assist with other tasks (including but not limited to logistics and stocking) Keep Shanghai Disney Resort clean by picking trash Handle cash or process POS in other LOBs ( * applicable to cash-handling or POS related jobs only) 任职要求： 普通话流利 了解并遵守基本的公共卫生和环境卫生准则 对于所有洗涤剂的使用和存储有正确的认识，并且严格遵守相关规定 熟悉所有桌面物件的清洁流程，包括银器、盘子和玻璃器皿等 熟悉后厨所有相关机器的操作流程 灵活性和适应性（能接受在户外环境中工作以及不同的班次安排） 您需要完成并通过所有入职之后的培训及考核（包括但不限于：岗前培训） Fluent in Mandarin Should know and follow the basic hygiene & sanitations regulation Have a clear understanding of the usage and storage of all detergent per regulations Familiar with the cleaning procedures for all tables top - small wares including silver, flat, hollowware, and glassware Familiar with the operating procedures of all machinery Flexible and adaptable (Working at outdoor environment and shifts duty are required) You shall complete and pass all post-employment trainings and assessments (including but not limited to On-Job-Training)
