职位月薪： 面议
1. Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related fields are preferred.2. 8+ years of relevant work experience. Candidates with the following backgrounds are highly preferred: ● Experience in the Payment / FinTech industry. ● Deep expertise in Sales Operations, Commission Management, or Sales Performance Analysis.3. Exceptional logical thinking and business acumen, coupled with high data sensitivity. Must possess a strong sense of ownership and the proven ability to drive complex projects independently.4. Fluent in both Mandarin and English as working languages. Proficiency in using Excel, SQL, and Power BI for data processing and dashboard development is a strong plus.
