岗位职责：1-担任客户视频访谈的出镜主持人：代表DEWETRON与行业一线工程师深度对话，用自然、真诚的方式挖掘真实客户故事。（主要职责）2-协助视频拍摄与基础剪辑：参与访谈内容的视觉呈现，让专业内容更生动、更有传播力。3-支持市场活动、展会及日常市场工作：近距离了解B2B科技品牌的营销全流程，积累实战经验。4-协助社交媒体内容准备：参与LinkedIn、微信等平台的内容策划，让你的创意被行业看见。任职要求：1-本科在读或应届毕业生，传媒、市场营销、播音主持等相关专业优先；2-镜头感好，表达自然，有亲和力，能够在访谈中让客户放松并真实表达；3-中文口语流利，具备基础英文能力者优先（用于理解部分资料或简单沟通）；4-主动积极，有团队合作精神，愿意在小而精的团队中快速成长；5-具备基础视频剪辑能力者优先，但不作硬性要求，我们更看重你的表达潜力和学习热情。Key Responsibilities:1-Serve as on-camera host for customer video interviews: represent DEWETRON in real conversations with industry engineers, drawing out authentic customer stories naturally. (Primary role)2-Assist with video shooting and basic editing: help turn professional content into engaging visual stories.3-Support marketing events, exhibitions, and daily marketing tasks: get hands-on exposure to the full B2B marketing process at a global tech brand.4-Assist with social media content preparation: contribute creative ideas for LinkedIn, WeChat, and other platforms.Requirements:1-Current student or recent graduate in communications, media, marketing, broadcasting, or related fields preferred.2-Camera-friendly, natural, and personable, with strong communication skills to make interviewees feel at ease.3-Fluent in spoken Chinese; basic English is a plus (for reading materials or simple communication).4-Proactive team player who thrives in a small, energetic team.5-Basic video editing skills are a plus but not required; we value your expression potential and eagerness to learn more.
