Main Responsibilities：1. Support CRM & E-Commerce Operation, reporting, data analysisa)         Owner Club operation process/communication/reporting design and implementationb)         E-Commerce order/Revenue/cost/conversion data tracking, deep dive analysis and reportingc)         corresponding campaign design to achieve revenue targetd)         project meeting coordination, project meeting minutes and documents consolidation and sharee)         project output consolidation from stakeholders2.         Market intelligence and desk research on ad-hoc topics where required3.         Miscellaneous operation related tasksJob Requirements：1.         Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers and partners.2.         Under/postgraduate, relevant internship experience in CRM & E-commerce is preferred3.         Good command of PPT/Excel/Word skills4.         Active, resilient and with strong sense of responsibility5.         Detailed and conscientious with good learning ability6.         At least 4 workable days per week, 6 consecutive months or above is preferredYou will get：1.         Working experience in British Luxury Brand & insight of luxury segment in Auto Industry2.         Knowledge of international company operation and management at executive level3.         Knowledge of E commerce operation & practice4.         improved cross-function communication skillWelfare：1.         Premium working environment and great team2.         Internal Training from time to time3.         Unlimited supply of coffee and tea
