职责描述：主要工作职责 Main AccountabilitiesThe logistics intern is responsible for supporting UPD logistic team with operational tasks within the ERP system, inbound shipment tracking and any additional structured work assignments as required by multiple brands. This person is expected to complete all assigned tasks with accuracy and timeliness.Key Duties:Inbound shipment trackingAssist logistic team to track and input the status of each inbound shipment manually to ensure timely receiving of each global purchase order.-Input purchase order details manually for further tracking.-Tracking status for each inbound shipment since oversea goods picking till physical local receiving.Transaction operation within ERP systemStudy ERP transaction process and do the assistance for the transaction maintenance for multiple brands of UPD business. Such as,-Local purchase order and sales order placement.-Inventory transfer between consignment locations.-Item code creation and transfer.Inventory reconsolidationSupport logistic team to collect inventory data from each band and manual work out the regular reports if needs.-Weekly inventory report collected from each brand.-Monthly inventory data reconsolidation.任职要求：技能与岗位要求 Skills and Qualifications-Bachelor Degree is required.-At least half year experience in a customer service, operations or logistics environment is preferred.-Skilled in Power BI, Excel, Office & Outlook is a MUST.-Good in written English.-Be responsibility and conscientiously.-Knowledge of ERP is a plus.
